In the memory of winemakers, the 2025 vintage corresponds to an unprecedented attack of downy mildew. For the first time, Jean Marc had to buy grapes outside the appellation. He found these grapes, Gros and Petit Manseng, from his friend Dominique Faget in Gascogna.

Appellation : Vin de France

Viticulture : Organic

Grapes : 65% Gros Manseng, 35% Petit Manseng

Terroir : Clay-limestone for Petit Manseng and sandy soils for Gros Manseng.

Harvest : Manual from September 16 to 19: yields 30 hl/ha.

Vinification : Whole bunch pressing, direct pressing, fermentation with indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled casks.

Aging : 6 months on lees, in 225-liter barrels. Bottling in April 2026.

Alcohol: 14% vol

Tasting : Aging potential: 10 years, Serving temperature: 10°C
