This is the great cuvée of prestige from the domaine, named after a local aristocracy figure, the godfather whose name it bears. The best grapes and the best aging (barrels made from oaks of the famous Tronçais forest) for this cuvée which is both round and fresh, in short, perfectly balanced. We fell for this atypical and exotic blend, yet so balanced and charming, of chardonnay, pinot gris, and gewurztraminer.
