RVF Guide to the Best Wines of France 2026 (Sept. 2025): 93/100. One of the lovely recent vintages, Whole-Cluster shines brilliantly, revealing a density rarely found in this vintage: a superb expression that is both velvety and full of relief.

VITICULTURE

Green harvesting, manual harvesting with an initial sorting of the grapes

VINIFICATION

Sorting table: Very rigorous selection; Whole bunch harvest.

Cold maceration in truncated wooden vats.

Fermentation, maceration, and aging: Indigenous yeasts, gentle pumping over.

Aging: 4 oak barrels for this vintage, no new barrels.

Racking after 18 months in barrels. No use of pumps.
Bottling without fining or filtration.
