Un très beau vin. On retrouve dans le 2020 le côté floral et fruité du 2019, avec cet aspect acidulé que l'on aime. En revanche, il y a davantage de puissance et peut être un peu moins de fraicheur, mais ce qui peut permettre d'autres accords, avec des poissons de caractère par exemple ?
