Hugo and Pauline present here an unpretentious vision of the appellation, without renouncing the tradition of Crozes-Hermitage. They aimed to reveal a serious syrah backbone, typical of the rolled pebbles, to create a beautiful fruit profile. On the palate, the wine is fresh, fruit-forward, and offers immediate tasting pleasure. The winemaking method has allowed for the production of delicious juices, which will reveal all their brilliance within five years.

Grape variety: 100% syrah

Soils: fluvio-glacial alluvium, Rhône rolled pebbles, and loess.

Winemaking: 100% destemmed.

Maceration: 10 to 15 days.

Aging: 12 months in conical wooden tanks. Racking and blending 6 weeks before bottling.
