This mixed case contains three bottles of each of the following red wines:

• 3 x PUR GRENACHE red 2023
• 3 x PUR CARIGNAN red 2023

Description of each wine by the domaine:

Our cuvées that are eternally experimental have greatly helped us evolve our other wines towards greater purity and naturalness. Vinified without any additives and very lightly (or not) sulfited, these are wines of great drinkability.

PUR GRENACHE 2023

APPELLATION: Vin de France

GRAPE VARIETY: Grenache

QUANTITY: 6,000 bottles

VINIFICATION: In small 500-liter vats to gently extract, maceration for 28 days, aging for 8 months in old foudres and demi-muids, fermentation at 25-27 °C.

AT THE TABLE: Bistro wine and for aperitif with friends

APPELLATION: Vin de France

GRAPE VARIETY: Carignan

QUANTITY: 5,500 bottles

VINIFICATION: In small 500-liter vats to gently extract, maceration for 30 days 50% whole clusters and 50% traditional, aging for 8 months in ovoid tanks and old barrels,
