Natural and living wine, made exclusively from the fermentation of grapes grown on the high-altitude terroirs of Cahors. The Bloc B763 (formerly called La Pièce) is the name of the most beautiful parcel of mas del Périé, from which this wine originates.

Winemaker: Fabien JOUVES

Grape variety: 100% malbec (côt)

Average age of the vines: 50 years.

Area / type of cultivation: 1.3 ha in biodynamic cultivation - (AB - Demeter - Biodyvin)

Soil / exposure: Siderolithic limestone - Summit of the slope, 350 m altitude.

Vinification: Manual harvest - Natural vinification, destemming, maceration 30 days. Fermentation in oval concrete tank.

Aging: Aging in oval concrete tank for 22 months. Unfined and unfiltered.

Total SO2: less than 30 mg/L.

Number of bottles: 3,000.
