Xavier Braujou was fortunate to acquire this magnificent terroir of limestone and marl, planted with over fifty-year-old cinsault. It was essential to differentiate the fruit from this superb parcel and age it properly: 24 months! The result is astonishing. Great aging potential ahead.
We thought we had an exceptional cinsault cuvée with the Pradel, that was before tasting Les Hauts de Carol's...
