The Robert Parker's Wine Advocate (K. Wells, March 2025): 90+/100. The 2023 Morgon Douby opens with aromas of stewed cherries, orange extract, brown spices, and a touch of undergrowth. On the palate, the wine is guided by a vertical core of tension in its fine-grained tannins surrounded by layers of voluminous, sappy fruit. Medium to full-bodied, it offers impressive precision, balancing weight with a dynamic, incisive character. Open the bottle an hour or so beforehand if drinking in the near future. DRINK DATE 2026-2035.
