Description

Aromas of cassis, cherries, sweet spices and vine smoke introduce the 2021 Gevrey-Chambertin 1859, a medium to full-bodied, deep and fleshy wine with sweet tannins and lively acids. More sensual and charming than the Ostrea, this bottling derives from old vines in lieu-dit Champerrier that the Trapet family acquired in 1859.
