Domaine Ilarria Irouleguy Rosé 2025

A table rosé par excellence, this wine is made from Tannat and Cabernet from schistous soils. Just like the whites, it undergoes alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks to gain fat and roundness.

A gastronomic rosé, served moderately chilled, it can be enjoyed as an aperitif or accompany fish dishes or starters, cold cuts, or white meats. It can be kept for 4 to 5 years.

Composition: 50% Tannat and 50% Cabernet Franc

Yield: 30 hl/ha on average

Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations followed by aging on lees in stainless steel tanks

Pairs well with fish, white meats, cold cuts, grilled dishes...
