Grape variety: Pinot Noir
Soil: clay-limestone
Appellation area: on the landslide area of Mont Granier (in 1248). Terroir des Abymes in the municipality of Les Marches in Savoie.
Vinification: manual harvesting, sorting in the vineyard, maceration of destemmed berries for about 15 days and more. temperature-controlled fermentation, oak barrel aging of several wines for 12 months.
Color: raspberry color with tawny and mauve reflections.
Tasting: woody, fruity, floral, and spicy nose. Warm, smooth, and round palate. Rose and blackcurrant buds, elderflower and sour cherry, tobacco and vanilla. Can be aged for up to 8 years and more.
