RVF Guide to the Best Wines of France 2022 (Sept. 2021). 93/100. Dominated by fennel and fresh brightness in the 2020 white, precise in its flavors: a model of a tonic, smooth, and refined Mediterranean white.

The vines: vermentinu grape variety. Green harvesting followed by manual picking with sorting table, yields 25 Hl/Ha.

The terroir: Argilo-granitic, facing south and northwest. Warm and windy climate, large temperature variation between day and night.

In biodynamics since 2006, ORGANIC certification since 2002 (ECOCERT)

Vinification: Whole bunch pressing without destemming. Fermentation with an indigenous yeast strain.

Aging: 6 to 8 months in large casks and barrels, filtration and fining by natural clarification.
