Technical sheet of the domaine:

"We are pleased to introduce you to our new cuvées: Coude à Coude. A white, a red, and a rosé, made from organic grapes that follow a strict specification to ensure the quality of the raw material. Vinified and aged at the domaine in a brand new cellar, the wines are meant to be good, easy, and accessible."

Clara & Hugo Fischer – We fell into it when we were little.

GRAPE VARIETIES: 75% Rolle / 25% Grenache Blanc

VINIFICATION: Hand-picked grapes in 20kg crates, direct pressing, cold settling for 24 hours. Aged for 7 months in concrete tanks. Malolactic fermentation blocked to maintain freshness.

PAIRING: Ideal with grilled fish, mango salad, and red onions or simply as an aperitif.

Wine made from organic grapes, Ecocert certified, FR-BIO-01.
