Grapes:
Vinification : Manual harvesting, grapes separated with maceration of about 30 days. Racking and blending after 12 months of aging in barrels of 1, 2, 3, and 4 years old, with 10% new.
At the table: Pairs well with game accompanied by small lingonberries or chutney, and meats in rich sauces will delicately unite with it.
