Majority Mourvèdre, with Syrah + Grenache to complete.

Constant intention to seek the perfect balance between respect for the terroir and the winemaker's touch. Our ambition after all these years is to share with you this emotion, patience, and know-how.

Very confidential wine where Mourvèdre reigns, with a deep color and ruby reflections.

Beautiful aromatic complexity blending balsamic freshness and woody notes: eucalyptus, clove, mocha, rosemary, black pepper… The tannic structure is delicate and integrated.

Aged for 20 months in Burgundy barrels of 228 L and 500 L.

Serving : 17°C. Decant or open 2 hours before. Can be kept in the cellar for up to 10-15 years.

Food/wine pairings : Rib steak, slow-cooked leg of lamb, rack of lamb, tagine with prunes, chocolate in all its forms!
