The name of this cuvée is inspired by its musical definition:
A White Label is a vinyl record pressed in very limited quantities and self-produced. Its distribution is reserved for a select few who play the track in advance for the public. Following this idea, this cuvée, which is outside the range, allows us to explore new avenues.
This is our blank slate that we can rewrite with each vintage, our experimental cuvée.

100% mourvèdre, young vines of 4 years
100% ORGANIC
100% fermented with indigenous yeasts – naturally present on the grapes
Low sulfites
100% in demi-muids (4 months)
