A pioneer of organic winegrowing in Provence, Peter Fischer has set Château Revelette apart from the rest. A passionate, self-taught winemaker, he has been a key figure in the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence region for decades. In recent years, his children Clara and Hugo have joined the adventure, bringing a modern, committed vision under the “Fischer Family” banner. The wines, certified organic, seduce with their finesse and personality.
