He's been our Languedoc favorite for years: a former woodsman turned self-taught winemaker, Xavier Braujou now makes some of the region's finest, most elegant wines. He knows his terroir inside out, and also masters his ageing processes, as well as the necessary “rest” time after bottling. Mourvèdre, Cinsault, Grenache, Carignan, Syrah... Each red cuvée is made from a single grape variety (with the exception of the rare “Élise” cuvée, consequently the only one in AOP Terrasses du Larzac) and reveals great delicacy, enhanced by long, perfectly controlled ageing. These long-aging wines can also be enjoyed young. The Guide RVF des Meilleurs Vins de France awarded it 2★/4 in 2025: "A confidential and indispensable address, prized by connoisseurs as well as the best sommeliers and wine merchants. The exceptional level observed over several vintages leads us to award it the second star without hesitation."
