Robert Parker's Wine Advocate (Jeb Dunnuck, déc. 2014) : 92/100. Intended to fit in the premier cru level, the new 2012 Côte Rôtie Reserve (which incorporates some Viognier) is deeper and richer than the Le Village and exhibits a ruby/purple color to go with lots of tapenade, underbrush, peppered meats and both black currant and blackberry-like fruit. It's medium to full-bodied, finesse driven, has vibrant acidity and beautifully polished tannin. It too is beautiful wine to drink over the coming decade or more.
