Comment from the domaine : Its name is an anagram of Roc des Anges. Made from a blend of young vines, simplicity is its primary quality. It was indeed conceived in the spirit of a wine that is comfortable everywhere and for everyone. It is dynamic, with a clear expression and always in good company, whether with sauced dishes, BBQ, or as an aperitif among friends…

Technical sheet written by the domaine : 

Segna des Cor comes from the selection of the youngest vines of the domaine, aged 15 to 30 years, primarily Grenache (50%), followed by Carignan and Syrah. The cellar work aims to preserve the fruit and sap of the wine intact, hence the choice of aging in concrete tanks. 

9 months are sufficient for this wine to simply reveal the crunchiness of its fruit, with a dynamic and full mouthfeel.
