This cuvée is the result of a lot of work over almost 10 years, clearing, setting up paths, walls, planting (during the years 2003 and 2004). Then some time later the first vintage (2009) of this very particular terroir.

Surface area: 1.75 hectares at the locality "la VIALLIERE"

Soil nature: Micaschist

Grape variety: 100% Syrah

Location: Vineyard on hillsides, facing south-southeast

Age of the vines: 10 years

Vinification: 100% destemmed. Maceration for 4 weeks.

Aging: 100% new demi-muids (500-liter barrels) for 18 months. Malo done in barrels
