Grape(s): 100% Syrah

Terroir: Clay-limestone hillside with granite scree (Massif des Arlettes) to the north of the village of Cornas.

Vinification / Aging: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aging in new and used barrels for 12 months.

Cellaring Potential: Up to 15 years.

Tasting: A wine of great elegance, combining freshness and aromatic complexity, with notes of black fruits and a wild perfume, finishing with a smoky note. The Syrah takes on a southern expression marked by power and warmth.

Food Pairings: Game (wild boar, deer), confit duck legs, beef stew, cheese (Bleu des Causses).

Sommelier's Advice: Ideally open or decant 1 hour before tasting, serving temperature at 18°C.
