Description

The 2015 Pic Saint Loup Tour de Pierres is a solid red that's made from 40% each of Grenache and Syrah, with 10% each of Carignan and Mourvèdre. It was 80% destemmed and spent 12 months in foudre and barrels. It offers old-school notes of peppery herbs, saddle leather and both red and black fruits, as well as medium-bodied richness, a fresh, focused texture, and a touch of chewy tannin. Drink this character-filled effort over the coming 4-6 years. Drink date 2017-2023
