Yields: 20hl/ha

Grapes: 45% marsanne, 45% roussanne, 10% viognier

In the vineyards: manual pruning, trellising, manual bud thinning, manual green harvesting.

Harvest: Manual by grape variety

Vinification: destemming, crushing, direct pressing by grape variety, blending, fermentation in barrels with the indigenous yeasts of the grapes.

Aging: in Burgundy barrels for 12 months.

Bottling according to the moon.
