RVF Guide to the Best Wines of France 2026 (August 2025): 90/100. The rich, fleshy, and fragrant pear notes of the 2023 Pacherenc are supported by a beautiful balance between acidity and bitterness.

Grapes: 70% Gros Manseng, 30% Petit Manseng.

Terroir: Lower slope facing southeast with clay-limestone soil with gravel.

Vinification: traditional.

Aging: in barrels of 2 to 4 wines for 2 months on fine lees with bâtonnage, without the addition of sulfur.
