RVF Guide to the Best Wines of France 2025 (August 2024): 90/100. Colorful, ample, and fleshy, the dry Pacherenc does not seek to hide the sunny imprint of 2022 but preserves all the desirable tension in a "gastronomic" white.

Technical sheet written by the domaine:

Grapes: 70% Gros Manseng, 30% Petit Manseng.

Terroir: Lower slope oriented southeast with clay-limestone soil with gravel.

Vinification: traditional.

Aging: in barrels of 2 to 4 wines for 2 months on fine lees with bâtonnage, without the addition of sulfur.
