In the same spirit as Arbalète and Coquelicots, Hors Champs has a bit more body. A new cuvée since 2015, it is an Autumn cuvée that will accompany your simple dishes and barbecues with friends.

Appellation: Minervois AOC

Grape variety: Cinsault 60%, Grenache 40%.

Age of the vines: Grenache noir 30 - 40 years, Cinsault 40 years.

Terroir: Clay Limestone

Vineyard management: Goblet Low yield 45hl/ha

Vinification: Whole-cluster fermentation 100%

Maceration: 12 days

Aging: Tank

Bottling: Bottled July 2024, fruit day, by our care, at the domaine.
