GRAPE VARIETY AND TERROIR:
100% Pinot Noir
Jurassic medium clay-limestone
4-hectare plot on the south-facing slope of Pierres Plates

VINIFICATION:
Cold pre-fermentation maceration. Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation and aging in 1 to 3-year-old barrels for 9 months.

TASTING:

Eye: Garnet red color.
Nose: Gourmet with notes of ripe fruits, cherries with a delicate woodiness.
Mouth: Silky attack. Aromas of blackcurrant, blackberries with notes of caramel. Persistent finish with discreet tannins.

Tasting temperature: 13 to 15°C

Number of years for conservation: 7-10 years

To enjoy: It will be appreciated with red meats in sauce, game, or characterful cheeses.
