Description


Robert Parker's Wine Advocate (Joe Czerwinski, mai 2019) :89-91/100. The 2018 Languedoc Blanc les Cocalières comes from a separate parcel of vines planted on a mix of limestone and basalt. It's roughly equal parts Grenache Blanc, Marsanne, Roussanne and Vermentino, co-fermented and then aged in older demi-muids. It's plump and medium-bodied but also very crisp and clean, with lime zest and brine joining hints of peach on the finish. Drink date 2019-2021
