Castaing, juin 2024) : 92/100. The 2020 Domaine de Saint-Just - Bourguenne, a pure Chenin Blanc from sandy, loamy soils with calcareous subsoil, evokes aromas of white fruits, lemon oil, spring flowers and spices. Medium-bodied, round and supple with a delicate, juicy core of fruit, the finish is slightly wood-dominated, which will not prevent it from aging harmoniously. DRINK DATE 2024-2034.
