"Sous l'Amandier" is a confidential Saint-Joseph produced each year in very small quantities. The blend of Roussanne and Marsanne results in very expressive wines focused on fruit. The oak barrel aging gives it roundness and complexity. In our opinion, one of the best white Saint-Josephs there is... alongside the rare Clos des Grives by Laurent Combier.

Grape variety: Roussanne 90%, Marsanne 10%

Average age of the vines: 20 years

Yield: 40 hectoliters per hectare, sustainable viticulture

Vinification: Hand-picked in 15kg crates, fermentation in barrels at low temperature (including 15% new barrels), malolactic fermentation completed.

Aging: In barrel on lees without racking, with regular bâtonnage, for 11 months.
