The Lansade family, in the 19th century, dedicated much energy and passion to Jonquières; evidenced by the silver medal received in 1889 at the Exposition Universelle de Paris and exports to Canada in 1870.

Appellation : AOC Terrasses du Larzac in Languedoc
Terroir : Clay-limestone pebbles
Grapes : 50% Old Carignan (80 years), 20% Syrah, 20% Grenache, 10% Cinsault
Vinification : Traditional with natural yeasts and separated for each grape variety, long macerations, temperature control during fermentation.
Aging : in stainless steel tank
Serving : 16-18°C. Can be kept for up to 6 years.

Tasting : The nose is filled with strawberry aromas that evolve into praline intertwined with cocoa scents.
Its fine and fruity palate (sour cherry) proclaims its indulgence by developing a medley of aromatic fragrances of spices and pepper.

Food pairing : Lamb stew with black olives, pork tenderloin with mustard, duck breast with apricot, gratin cod.
