Champagne Billecart Salmon Brut Reserve :
RVF Guide to the Best Wines of France 2021 (Nov. 2020): 92/100. A solid classic crafted for the aperitif, digestible and persistent, with just the right amount of appeal and liveliness on the finish.
La revue du Vin de France (Dec. 2019): A brut always well-crafted with sharp flavors and a precisely calibrated bubble. It remains upright and very refreshing for the aperitif. 15.5/20.
RVF Guide to the Best Wines of France 2020(Aug. 2019): 16/20. Balanced and perfectly suited for the aperitif, Réserve is a beautiful reference.
Bettane + Desseauve Guide 2020 (Aug. 2019): 15/20. All the finesse of Billecart is found in this very lovely airy brut, slender, with fine aromas of citrus and small red fruits, perfectly dosed. Peak drinking window: 2019 - 2021.
Food pairings: pasta and risottos with mushrooms, seafood, roast chicken, shellfish, canapés, and petits fours.
Robert Parker's Wine Advocate (William Kelley, Aug. 2019): 90/100. Based on the 2015 vintage and disgorged with nine grams per liter dosage, the latest release of Billecart's NV Brut Réserve contains fully 55% reserve wines and is showing very well, offering up complex aromas of warm bread, crisp green orchard fruit, and citrus oil. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied and charming but lively, with an elegantly textural attack, a fleshy core of fruit, and lively balancing acids. Drink date: 2020 - 2033.
La revue du Vin de France (Dec. 2015): True to its lively and elegant style. Dominated by Meunier from 2012, it expresses a refreshing fruitiness with impeccable and refined bubbles. 16/20
RVF Guide to the Best Wines of France 2015: We are excited by the generosity and flavor retention of the rich Brut Reserve. Finely dosed, it will appeal to both enthusiasts and the general public. 15/20.
Le Point (Dec. 3, 2015): "40% Pinot Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay. More black fruits, marked by Pinot, with hints of apricot, rich and intense palate, quite wild, good length, complete. More of a meal wine than the extra brut."
Revue du Vin de France - Special Pinot Noir (Nov. 2016): This champagne displays a beautiful finesse, with definition and a pure palate. The finish expresses delicate fruity and saline notes. Harmonious and refreshing.
Technical sheet written by the domaine:
The Brut Réserve is an airy, subtle, and harmonious champagne wine. Its blend consists of grapes from three years: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier, sourced from the best terroirs of the Marne.
Tasting:
In appearance: This cuvée with pale gold reflections stands out for the finesse of its slowly rising bubbles and its abundant and persistent mousse.
In aroma: Freshness tinged with floral maturity for this cuvée that exudes aromas of fresh fruits and ripe pear.
On the palate: A clear and precise attack, followed by a brilliant freshness. A rich bouquet that reflects its aging in traditional cellars.
Serving: The Brut Réserve, a companion for all moments, is perfect for the aperitif. It also pairs well with both simple and elaborate dishes. This cuvée should be served at 8°.

My preference in this price range. It competes hands down with Bollinger brut and Ruinart. (Translated review)
