One of the great cuvées from this confidential domaine (1.3 ha for this wine) expertly managed by the Dananchet brothers. It comes from old vines of 80 years, meticulously tended and vinified according to the rules of the art (organic). It is no coincidence that this unique climate of Clessé gave its name to the family domaine! Straight out of the cellars...

"Les Versants" is the new name for the cuvée "Tradition L'Esprit du Temps", new packaging, new name, but it is indeed the same wine that many of you appreciate. The "little" champagne from the Bonnaire house already has a very fine bubble and surprises with its assertive character. There is no secret. With good wine, you make good champagne!
