A very young (and very small) domaine full of promises, two winemakers who know where they are going with their 5 hectares (organic from the start, courageous). Some risks have been taken with a minimal amount of sulfites just at bottling for a true natural wine worthy of the name, vibrant above all.

A cuvée already ready to taste, made from 100% chardonnay on hillside terroir. Simple and effective! Note, this Bourgogne is more of the "fresh and taut" type than rich and round (with a slight effervescence to avoid too much SO2, which disappears immediately in the glass).
