Description

Robert Parker's Wine Advocate (Jeb Dunnuck, Apr. 2017): 91-93+/100. Another beauty is the 2015 Moulin de Gassac IGP Saint Guilhem le Désert, and this blend of mostly Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot (there's a mix of other varieties including Pinot Noir, Nebbiolo and Dolcetto) offers terrific notes of blackcurrants, tobacco leaf and graphite. With medium to full-bodied richness, present yet ripe tannin and terrific mid-palate depth, it should shine for a decade or more.
