Hand-harvested, malolactic fermentation completed as few sulfites were added. Aging 20% in used barrels and 80% in tank.

TASTING: Already perfect in 2025 upon bottling! The simplicity of a good Sauvignon from flint sands (neither limestone nor clay)

SERVING ADVICE: Enjoy at 12 °C.
