Le Clos des Fées "Les Sorcières" red 2025

Grape varieties: Syrah 50%, Grenache 30%, Carignan 20%. Selection of vieilles vignes Grenache and Carignan aged 40 to 80 years, young Syrah vines (under 25 years old).

Terroirs: predominantly clay-limestone terroirs.

Harvest: harvest date (manual) chosen to achieve maximum fruit while preserving acidity balance.

Vinification: low-temperature pre-fermentation maceration in 128 hl stainless steel tanks with daily pump-overs. Macerations of 15 to 21 days with gentle extraction and temperature control. Full malolactic fermentation. Maturation in tank, on fine lees, for 8 months, with minimal SO2 during maturation and at bottling.

A medium-bodied wine with deliberately measured concentration for maximum drinkability: explosive fruit, delicate tannins, a silky palate... delicious from the moment it is bottled, it can improve over two to three years.
