The classic Domaine Combier, Crozes-Hermitage, embodies both the domaine and its appellation. Structure, melted tannins, fruitiness all in roundness: all comes from these smooth, warm rolled pebbles that deeply mark this unique terroir.

Village: Pont de l'Isère

Exposure: Plain - altitude 100 to 150 m

Terroir: Clay-limestone with rolled pebbles to the South, loess hills and granite hills to the North.
Vines 30 years old / Organic farming for 30 years

Grape variety: 100% Syrah

Yields: 40 to 45 hectoliters / ha

Harvest: Manual harvest with selective sorting

Vinification: 100% estate-owned vines / Blend of several plots from the southern part of the appellation.
