Land of schist, hilly parcel of 2.5 ha, 35-year-old vines (planted in the 90s)
Aging in stainless steel tanks on fine lees for 9 months.
Note, this wine is unfiltered, it may be cloudy, but this does not affect its taste, quite the opposite.
