Grapes: grenache, mourvèdre, syrah.

Terroir: Clay-limestone

Age of the vines: 70 years.

Vinification: Manual harvest, sorting of grapes, destemming, fermentation for 18 days.

Aging: 24 months in large casks, bottled without fining or filtration.

Wine: this Cairanne is very spicy (pepper, nutmeg) with aromas of violet and dark fruits. Its tannins are fine and silky.

Tasting temperature: 15 to 16 °C

Optimal tasting period: 6 to 8 years.
