Description

Robert Parker's Wine Advocate (Joe Czerwinski, déc. 2019) : 92/100. The 2017 Cote Rotie Madiniere is sourced from a number of parcels in the north of the appellation and includes 3% Viognier. Partially destemmed, it reveals some herbal-stemmy notes on the nose, hints of green coffee beans and plenty of cassis, raspberry and blackberry fruit. Medium to full-bodied, it's ripe and round, silky in texture and long on the finish. Tasted twice (once blind), with consistent results. Drink date 2021-2032.
