Robert Parker's Wine Advocate (Luis Guttierez, juin 2019) : 93/100. The 2016 Pinot Noir Sous La Tour comes from a small plot on limestone soils by the Tour de Curon. It fermented with full clusters and aged in barrique. This is a more mineral and serious wine than those from clay soils. There is a special tastiness and austere minerality, possibly more noticeable in a cooler year like 2016. Drink date 2019-2023
