Grape variety : Marsanne 100%

This very open hillside, facing south, benefits from almost permanent sunshine throughout the day. A lovely nose evoking vanilla and honey. The palate is very round with a beautiful fullness and notes of dried fruits.

Aging : 50% in barrels and 50% in tanks.

Recommended aging period: 10 to 15 years

Food and wine pairing: from aperitif to dessert, it will accompany the most refined dishes: foie gras, dorade, scallops.
