A delicate and mineral chenin, enveloped by a suave roundness. Perfect as an aperitif, with seafood, in the sun or under the rain.

Grape variety: Chenin.

Soil: Clay-limestone from the Turonian.

Pruning: Simple Guyot "Val de Loire" with 6 buds. Removal of counter-buds.

Notes: All our production is certified organic wine

Tasting: Serve between 8° – 12°C - aging potential of 5 to 7 years.
