For the curious: The strange curve drawn on the label is a tribute to the winemaker's ancestor, Jean-Dominique Cassini, a mathematician - astronomer - cartographer who "invented" in 1680 the oval that bears his name, colloquially called "cat's eyes" or the "cassinoid," which describes the true movements of the Sun and its various distances from the Earth (to keep it simple!). It is mentioned in the famous Encyclopédie by d'Alembert in 1784, a family pride ;-)

Grapes: 85% Merlot + 15% Cabernet Franc

Vinification:

No additives.
No filtration or fining.
Only the natural yeasts from the grapes for fermentation.
