Alain & Maxime Graillot, among the best winemakers in Crozes-Hermitage.
Maxime took over the 18-hectare estate from his father Alain Graillot. The philosophy of excellence remains unchanged for their great Crozes-Hermitage wines, from the "simple" cuvee to the fine "La Guiraude". We are far from the simple and light Crozes-Hermitage.
It is best to wait a few years before enjoying a Graillot Crozes Hermitage, especially the Guiraude which is a great wine to age. We advise you to decante the wines before serving them.
