Description

Robert Parker's Wine Advocate (Joe Czerwinski, oct. 2018) : 98/100. Full-bodied, yet supple and creamy, the 2016 Cote Rotie La Cote Blonde has an extra dimension to it that's unmatched by Ogier's other cuvées. Complex perfumes of roses, tea leaves and raspberries, incredibly silky tannins and trace notes of flowers and licorice on the finish all mark this as a super wine. It's nearly approachable now, but it should evolve gracefully for two decades or more. Bravo! Drink 2020-2040.
