A foothill terroir, where influences from the Larzac and the Mediterranean intertwine.
Plot selection from the lieu-dit Le Bois de Pauliau.
Limestone gravel soils.


Grape varieties: Syrah 70% - Mourvèdre 20% - Cinsault 10%

Terroir: Climat cooled by northerly winds from the Causse du Larzac, which contribute to the freshness of the wines and balance their Languedoc generosity. Limestone gravel soils.

Vineyard Management & Harvest: In the vineyard: precise green work, long fallow periods, cover crops, biodynamic preparations, gentle pruning and hand harvesting.
In the cellar: grape sorting in the vineyard and on a sorting table, plot-by-plot vinification, indigenous yeasts, plot-by-plot ageing for 12 months in demi-muids, then harmonisation of the blend for 5 months in tank.

Tasting: Fragments offers great depth, with its customary mineral length, carried by Syrah on gravel soils at their finest. A great wine in the making.
